The only flying version of the P.1HH Hammerhead, based on the Piaggio Aero P180 manned, twin turboprop aircraft crashed into the Med near Sicily. A task force is on the way to recover what they can of it. No word on cause, but it's almost certain to delay the program significantly.

Some of the newer ones have a safepoint hold of they go comms out, it's thought that is part of what happened with the Sentinel in Iran. The next autonomous ones will simply complete the mission and not worry much about it.
