Thirty low time F-18C airframes are being transported by truck from AMARG, to Cecil Field, Florida. Once there, they will be restored and upgraded to the C+ standard. They will receive new avionics, AN/APG-65 radars, and undergo a SLEP to increase their life to 8,000 hours.
